What is Wellness Coaching and What Can It Do For Me?

Health and well-being  involves all of you including your faith, fitness, relationships, and much more.  As a wellness coach, I help clients:

  • Set and accomplish goals 

  • Increase your confidence

  • Incorporate family systems to make your life easier. 

  • Reduce stress

  • Set boundaries in your relationships

  • Get enough sleep

  • Figure out what your passions in life are and how to pursue them 

  • Find types of safe and effective exercises that leave you feeling energized, not exhausted (ps. I'm a certified Personal Trainer, so I am always excited to talk about fitness if it's an area you want to address!)

 

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach you know I love talking food!  If changing you diet or your relationship with food is a goal of yours, we can work together to:

  • Get your spouse and kids on board with healthy eating

  • Understand and reducing cravings

  • Learn to meal plan for real life

  • Eat for energy

  • Reduce or eliminate problematic/unhealthy foods
