Overwhelm: My Before and After

Let me crystal clear!

I love the women in both of the pictures above.

I can tell you with certainty that I enjoy living the life of the "after" picture of me much more than my "before".

Before I was:

  • Trying to prove myself by working crazy hard all the time

  • Never felt like my daily tasks were "done"

  • Exhausted because all my tasks felt hard (whether they actually were or not)

  • Fearful of the future or anything out of my personal control

Now I am:

  • Confident that I am a worthy person, regardless of how I perform

  • Enthusiastically go about my work and have a much more pleasant experience working on tasks that I don't love (like cleaning!)

  • No longer feel like everything in my life is hard

  • Have reduced my fears and anxious feelings

What came between the "Before" and "After" for me?

I received life coaching to tune up my mindsets and address my core beliefs.

Once I discovered how effective mindset shifts were in transforming my emotions and behaviors, I was HOOKED because I felt SO MUCH BETTER on a day-to-day basis.

After my experience, I couldn't wait to become a Covenant Life Coach and share what I had learned with others through coaching.

Since then I have made it my mission to help women who are experiencing overwhelm themselves.

Through mindset, wellness principles, and some practical life tweaks, I believe you can come out of overwhelm and enjoy your life so much more.
