Custom Fitness

Let me be frank, I am disappointed when I see fitness programs designed for 18-year-old males targeted toward women.  These macho workouts are built on high-risk movements that are meant to "impress". This type of routine just isn't a good fit for most women. In reality, these workouts often result in injury and negative feelings toward exercise and your body.  Your active lifestyle should not cause joint pain, leave you exhausted, or feel like punishment.  You deserve better

I understand the importance of exercise modifications and teaching you safe, pain-free ways to work each major muscle group.   Women deserve customized, safe, effective workouts that serve to energize and inspire! You are a unique and beautiful creation. You deserve a unique and beautiful workout!

As a Senior Fitness Specialist, I appreciate the importance of fitness through all stages of life.  The choices we make today can have a major impact on our future quality of life.  Maintaining muscle mass, bone density, good balance, functional movements, and a healthy body weight can help keep us active into old age.  Bless your future self by making savvy self-care choices today!

Does this sound familiar?

I'll hazard a guess that you are a busy woman with many things competing for your time.

  • It's difficult to get to the local gym consistently, and to be honest, you may not feel super "at home" there anyway.

  • You have one or more joint issues, abdominal weakness after having babies, or don't like the high-impact moves that are demonstrated on workout DVDs or non-customized online plans.

  • You've thought of hiring a personal trainer, but you don't want to end up with someone who pushes you too hard or subscribes to the "no pain, no gain" mentality. Also, let's face it, hiring a trainer at the gym will run you about $70-100+ per hour!

THERE IS A BETTER OPTION!

Here are some advantages of online personal training:

  • Online training tends to be less expensive than a gym membership and an in-person trainer.

  • You can save time when you don't need to drive to the gym for your workout.

  • You can choose when to perform your workouts and when you can meet for your weekly fitness review.

  • You don't need to hire a babysitter or put your kids in the childcare at a gym.

  • You can workout in your jammies, sans makeup, etc. (May sound goofy, but I love this about working out at home!)

  • You have the convenience of working out at home with the advantages of having a trainer customizing your workouts, answering your questions, and helping you stay true to your goals.
