As a coach, I continued to see the same issues causing problems for my clients:
1. They were overwhelmed with stress and living in "fight or flight" mode much of the time.
2. Clients were dealing with the fall-out of not knowing how to work with their emotions.
I realized that in order to live a truly wonderful life, the one God designed us for, women need new tools to deal with stress and emotions in a gentle, biblical, authentic way.
